Came masa tak ada org, but faham je why lama tunggu. No worries, I'm fine with that, tapi tulah nurse and the male doc sangat baik, said sorry banyak kali sbb tunggu lama. So sweet, siap pesan suruh makan lagi. 🥺 During the check up pun, doc very encouraging and empathy ♥️ rezeki saya jumpa good people on my not a very good day. Cuma yelah, u come to government hospital don't expect u can finish in a minute lah. So mindset kena set first lah. ✌️”
“From a visitor’s perspective: The infrastructure is still new and well-maintained, which makes the overall ambience feel pleasant. The surau is spacious and comfortable and there is a clean and well-kept toilet nearby.”
“This was the most distressing experience I have ever encountered. Out of all the doctors on duty, perhaps one or two demonstrate professionalism and compassion; the rest operate mechanically, merely processing patients in and out and LACK OF EMPATHY. The staff at Hospital Pasir Gudang lack basic efficiency and productivity. Every morning, patients face delays in line while staff members casually park their vehicles and clock in late. Frontline staff, Assistant Medical Officers , and doctors all display this same LACK OF URGENCY. As a public medical facility, it falls far short of the standards seen in other government hospitals. Having visited HSI, Hospital Ampang, Hospital Sungai Buloh, HKL, and especially Putrajaya Hospital—all of which operate efficiently—the contrast is stark. Hospital Pasir Gudang requires immediate management intervention to restructure operations and address staff attitudes.”
“People say government hospital some how will treat you. But from my experience just so bad . I was not feeling well for past 2 week went to the emergency dprt tell everything with dizziness not have a energy but the PIC can tell go kk 1st then only can come here. Then what's the point of emergency department?? Alleast give the service to the pt 1st so then you ask them to go any other place. After 2weeks still not get cure went again to hps getting a referral letter then went again to the clinic pakar then PIC at counter simply reject is by saying oh this we can't do anything here as the dr didn't mention anything in detail. Go to the kk nearby then consult the Dr there. And then go to kk cendana they ask to kk masai as they will accept cases as per their covered place . Hello pls as you're service provider give the service 1st don't simply reject the pt .. how about the pt in a is last stage you people will reject as well ???”
“The registration process was extremely slow even though my father was brought in under unstable conditions. His potassium level was too low, which could lead to a heart attack at any time. He could not even remember his own name, yet there was no sense of urgency from the staff. It is called an emergency department, but the actions of the nurses and doctors did not reflect emergency care at all.My father was then allowed go to the bathroom alone despite being mentally and physically unstable. Why was a patient in that condition not properly monitored? Why was he not provided with pampers or proper assistance instead of being allowed to walk alone to the bathroom? Anything could have happened to him in that unstable condition...While this was happening, some of the nurses were laughing outside and talking instead of properly monitoring and assisting the patient. This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in a hospital environment. The staff did not even help to transfer my father from the wheelchair to the bed. Family members were expected to manage everything on their own although the patient was weak and not in a stable condition. The lack of responsibility, urgency, compassion, and patient care shown by the staff was extremely disappointing. Patients come to the emergency department for immediate medical attention and proper care, not to be ignored and neglected. The hospital management seriously needs to investigate the attitude and professionalism of the staff working in the emergency department.”
